Destiny 2 frigid jackal12/18/2022 ![]() ![]() It seems to drop only from Sleeper Nodes. The most annoying one for me has been Frigid Jackal. I really think they've upped the Nightfall specific drops, as I have two of them on the four nightfalls I've played since Forsaken released. Osprey will just be a matter of waiting for that particular nightfall. That leaves three for CoO/Warmind: 5th EP armor piece, The Frigid Jackal, and the Osprey. I got my fourth EP armor piece and final EP weapon on Friday. The other being the raid as it looks ridiculously hard.Īfter someone posted on Reddit that they reset their Gambit infamy rank 4 times and haven't even seen a mention of Malfeasance, I've also reverted to grinding out the Destinations one. Now the only two that look problematic are the 10 exotics as the drop rate is extremely low and I've only managed to get 3 new ones (2 from exotic quests). The rest that I have left are just completing heroic adventures. This will obviously differ by player, especially if they just started or didn't play much of the previous DLCs. So in total, I am missing 6 items to complete all 3 of those badges. For the collection I have completed Destinations: Red War, I am only missing 1 weapon from Curse of Osiris/Warmind, and 5 items total in Destinations: Forsaken. However, this will definitely not be the case for everyone. Personally I'm finding the Destinations seal to be the easiest. Like you said, it really just cuts the grind down, aside from the new content, to the Escalation Protocol weapons and armor along with the Braytech Osprey rocket launcher that is a nightfall specific drop if you don't have it already. I finished up my Warlock set and completed Destination: Red War. I can confirm that it's just the armor set for one class. ![]() If so then would this not cut the grind down to only three weapons and the five armor pieces needed from escalation protocol, making this a lot simpler then having to do it on all three. I do not have all the purples for Destinations: Red War, but I imagine it would complete just like the other one would once I finished all of the purples on my Titan. I do not have them on a Hunter or Warlock, but it still shows that badge as complete. I have all the exotics on my Titan for the Red War: Exotics. This might be a dumb question, but has anyone confirmed that you do need to collect all the gear on three characters for it to count. I beat the Osiris nightfall like 20 consecutive times looking for the DFA hand cannon and didn't get it, so have fun going after a shit rocket launcher, all while being held by the balls of RNG. While destinations seems the easiest, the last thing on my plate is going back to Escalation Protocol (50+ boss kills, only have 2/3 weapons and 3/5 armor pieces). Only time will tell on that.Įither way, you're looking at a ton of Destiny 2 in order to get this trophy. A lot of people are speculating that one of them is Malfeasance, the exotic hand cannon. Nobody has confirmed anything, I believe only a handful have people have reset once (it's 15,000 infamy points). My money is on them being related to the quests you can pick up after resetting your infamy rank 1-2 times. It also appears there are two secret triumphs on the Gambit badge (required for the triumph seal). Also doesn't sound hard, just need to keep the blockers clear and deposit ASAP when an invader comes. Thanks to Olsen, I'm going to try and form a team with my clan mates and go for the other secret challenge. ![]() Only took a few games, you just need to kill the invader once without anyone dying. I managed to get one of the secret challenges (15 x 4 mote deposit at the same time). I'm not sure how many I have yet, only played 20 games or so. It almost sounds like you need to rely on RNG to get all the armor pieces, but we'll have to wait and see if the pieces he is selling change. It's kind of annoying right now because there is no leveling up system via tokens, and you can't purchase anything the Drifter is selling until reaching some higher infamy ranks. I'm assuming it'll work the same as the rest of the badges, since I got the Curse of Osiris one when I only had all the exotics on my titan. The good news is you only need the full armor set on one character, not all three to proc Playing for Keeps. This badge may turn out to be the easiest, but only time will tell. Army of One is going to be pretty tough and we have no clue what the secret triumphs are. With a good team that is coordinating with each other the ones regarding banking specific amounts of motes won't be bad. Playing for Keeps is for acquiring all gear associated with Gambit across all classes.
